New apartment with everything you need just next door to a nice quiet area. Host treated us very well. Favourable location, near our main points of interest.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

All the facilities were good, and if you need there's free parking on site. We usually dined at Sharmant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the apartment...

It's a pity but the bathroom was dirty.

We enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of this place and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Tbh, the room was a little too small.

I always stay at a place where the staff helped me print and I keep coming back. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, off-site parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.

The rooms were nice, the price was good, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was pleasant with a market nearby. No prepayment required and free parking included. A truly enjoyable stay!

Shower setup wasn't convenient.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with the city center just a short distance away. the neighborhood is residential and pleasant, with a nice park nearby for leisurely walks.

The noise levels in the first-floor rooms can be disruptive, especially with cars coming and going from the parking lots in front of the rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. the bed was cozy and there were two duvets, which was a plus. the location was great, within walking distance to the city center and close to the stations. There was also a market nearby for coffee and breakfast. It was a pleasant neighborhood with beautiful blooming trees. Plus, the host was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to arrive a night earlier and providing us with another room.

The bathroom/toilet was small and located outside of the room, which was a bit inconvenient. the floor was not clean and had an unpleasant smell.

the apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a functional AC. It's located in a peaceful area close to the train station, and the owner was punctual in giving us the key.

We had a great stay at Apart Center 22/7. the room was clean and had a small balcony. Parking was free and convenient. the bed was comfortable with two duvets, which was a plus for us. the staff was friendly and gave us a map of the city center. The location was nice, with good communication from the staff. Cons: Everything was spot on. 👌.

I recently stayed at Apart Center 22/7 for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was peaceful and the hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated having a parking space and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a good-size wardrobe and a fridge, which was convenient. I also enjoyed having a table and chairs on the balcony to relax outside. Plus, the building and everything inside was new. As someone who has visited Plovdiv many times, I can confidently say that this hotel is becoming one of my favorites.

Functional air conditioning and modern, clean building. The neighborhood was nice and residential, with an excellent restaurant nearby. Key location: Close to the railway station and not too far from the city center. The room had a small fridge, a sink, and some kitchen tools for easy food or breakfast.

The sofa-bed was not clean, but comfortable once we put on clean sheets. The shower was not well protected, causing water to spread all over the bathroom.
